Abstract: The Canadian Sugar Institute (CSI) is a national trade association representing Canadian sugar manufacturers. CSI liaises with government on legislation, trade policies and international agreements. CSI's Nutrition Information Service provides comprehensive nutrition communications, based on current research on sugar and health, and produces a variety of free educational materials in English and French.
