Ironstand, of the Ojibway nation, participated in the occupation of Anicinabe Park near Kenora, Ontario in 1974 (Ironstand was eventually tried and acquitted of weapons charges arising from the occupation). The interview was conducted in 1974 in Winnipeg by James Burke.
Cameron, also of the Ojibway nation, participated in the 1974 Anicinabe occupation and the 1974 Native People's Caravan. Cameron is originally of the Whitedog reserve north of Kenora. The interview was conducted in 1974 in Kenora by James Burke.
