Unions Attack Quebec Law

Abstract: Quebec public sector unions are mounting a campaign against a Quebec law that imposes severe penalties on health-care workers who strike illegally. The law "does not respect fundamental rights. It is repressive and divisive," said Gerald Larose of the Confederation of National Trade Unions.
