Abstract: A network of over 200 community agencies that help people with mental health and addiction problems to improve their quality of life by providing rehabilitation, treatment, counselling, housing, employment. Through advocacy, education, networking, the Federation supports its members in relation to service development, planning/coordination, funding/administrative matters, and policy/legislation development.
