Abstract: Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation Inc. is a not-for-profit internationally recognized accrediting body. As an association of public and private sector laboratories, a principal objective is to promote and maintain a high level of assurance in test data. To this end, CALA manages proficiency testing, site assessment and training programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of testing laboratories.
