Abstract: The Palestine Institute for Communication and Development (PICD) issued a press released condemning the targeting and arresting of Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The PICD stated that security forces loyal to Fatah in the West Bank, and Hamas in Gaza, arrested a number of reporters.
