Where do workplace bullies come from? Is it possible that school yard bullies become workplace bullies? In my experience as a mediator, there are some scarily similar realities to what happens on the playground and in the corporate boardroom!
Abstract: In my experience as a mediator, the main difference between school yard bullying and workplace bullying is the height and age of the players. Other than that they are scarily similar and very familiar to many of us who have witnessed or lived one or both scenarios.
