First collective agreement for 65 ramp and aircraft grooming workers at Calgary International Airport.
Abstract: Calgary, AB – Members of IAMAW Local Lodge 2734, employed by Airport Terminal Services (ATS), have ratified their first collective agreement.
The two-year agreement includes a structure for wage increases every six months up to 84 months. It provides a 5 per cent increase to the top of the wage scale as well as a 3 per cent wage increase in October 2011.Other agreement highlights include a split shift premium and two additional sick days.
