Abstract: ONTARIO -- Child care owners across Ontario are urging the McGuinty government to take action on the Drummond Report's recommendations regarding the Province's Full-Day Kindergarten Program. In its report earlier this week, the Commission on the Reform of Ontario's Public Services recommended that the Full-Day Kindergarten Program be cancelled outright, or that its full implementation be delayed until 2017/2018, with class sizes increased and a more affordable staffing model adopted.
