70 Machinists ratify new three-year deal with AECL.
Abstract: Chalk River, ON - The 70 members of IAM Local Lodge 1522 and the membership affiliated to the Atomic Energy Allied Council (CR) employed at the Chalk River Research facility have signed a new three-year collective agreement with Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL).
The new agreement provides for wage increases of 1.75 per cent in each year. Other agreement highlights include:
