Abstract: The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) announces that for the month ending April 30, 2015, the assets under management (AUM) for the mutual funds industry totalled $1.22 trillion. Year-to-date, industry AUM increased by $76.0 billion or 6.7%.
Net sales for the mutual funds industry totalled $5.46 billion. Net sales of long-term funds were $5.62 billion and net redemptions of money market funds were $159.8 million.
