On this International Women's Day our priorities must be human development and communities free of violence.
Abstract: On this International Women's Day Canadian Voice of Women for Peace (VOW) is meeting with several Members of Parliament to encourage our 12 peace priorities.
VOW is calling on the Canadian Government to stop the arms deal with Saudi Arabia. Hannah Hadikin ( VOW Board of Directors) says, "The government of Saudi Arabia is well known for its abuse of human rights. More people were beheaded last year by the Saudi government than by ISIL."
