Abstract: June 14, 2017 (Toronto) - Peace Groups will hold a Ban the Bomb Vigil at the constituency office of Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs, 344 Bloor Street West, on Saturday June 17 from 12 to 1 pm.
The groups are protesting the government's boycott of ongoing negotiations at the United Nations of a treaty outlawing nuclear weapons. There will be marches on behalf of the proposed UN treaty in cities around the world.
