Abstract: Toronto, ON - August 22, 2017 - The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) announces that for the month ending July 31, 2017, the assets under management (AUM) for the mutual funds industry totalled $1.4 trillion. AUM decreased by $12.3 billion or 0.9% compared to June 2017. The decrease in AUM compared to the previous month is a result of declines in the markets.
