Abstract: Heather Taylor originally from Stouffville takes on the “World's Toughest Row” across the Atlantic Ocean in the 2018 Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge to raise awareness and funds for Emmanuel International Canada’s PROMISE project in Malawi for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health.
The race begins in early December, 2018 with up to 30 teams participating from around the world.
