Camp Kvutza was established in 1944 by Habonim, a Labour Zionist youth movement, on a farm on the northeastern shores of Lake Erie in Lowbanks, Ontario. The camp was sponsored by the Pioneer Women, the Poalei Zion and the Farband -- groups affliated with the Toronto Labour Zionist Movement.
