Head of the Israeli Prison Service (IPS) Kobi Yaakobi invited a group of settlers on a so-called "safari" tour to view Palestinian detainees. The IPS served settlers lunch in its facility amidst concerns expressed by Palestinian prisoner rights groups, who warn of ongoing starvation during Ramadan.
