Abstract:  This report is an educational tool to stimulate public debate in Canada on the issue of northern development. The corporate process that the report describes effects native peoples in Canada and Brazil specifically but all Canadians are effected. The report is action oriented to counteract injustice and to gain control of decisions that effect the lives of people involved.
