 Abstract:  The Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) has released a report saying that 55,500 jobs were lost in the first nine months of free trade. "We are moving from a branch-plant economy to a warehouse economy," said CLC president Shirley Carr. "More jobs are moving south every day."
