Abstract: Voice of Women (VOW) is holding its annual general meeting in Ottawa October 13-14. On the agenda are VOW's role in the 1990's, its activities at the UN, with NAC, with Project Ploughshares, and the progress of the Nuclear Weapons Legal Action.
