Abstract:  Banned last year from Ottawa city property, ARMX, the controversial Canadian arms exhibition, has left the city of Ottawa and found a new home for its weapons trade show at the Carp Airport, located west of the capital. Richard Sanders, spokesperson for the Coalition to Oppose the Arms Trade (COAT), says activists will both protest and educate the public about the "immoral, unethical and evil side" of ARMX '91.
