Abstract: An international conference on Science and the Management of protected areas will be held at Acadia University, Wolfville, Nova Scotia, May 14 - 19. The conference will serve as a forum for presenting and discussing current perspectives on the role of science in managing protected areas, and will serve as a lead-up to the IUCN World Parks Conference in 1992.
